Can I order an item that isn't advertised on your website?
Absolutely! We love it when our customers approach us with their own ideas! Reach out to us via our "Contact Us" section below, and we will work together to bring your vision to life!
I made a mistake when personalising an item online, can I correct this?
Our main goal is to always ensure our customers get exactly what they want, however, we can only adjust the personalisation text BEFORE it has been made. If you notice this after the product has been made, or even delivered, you will need to create a new order with us.
The quickest way to try and resolve this is by giving us a call, so we can check the progress of your order straight away.
Do you ever do any Events/Fairs where we can see your products in person?
The short answer is yes! We try to go to as many events as we possibly can, to showcase our items in person, however... we do need time to make the products too!
